My own journey to losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. Even though a Registered Nurse with my Masters in Healthy Eating and Physical Activity, I couldn't figure out why I was so unsuccessful at losing and maintaining weight until I realized the 3 main ingredients to weight loss which I have taught my clients for over 10 years now. I call it my "secrete sauce" THINKit, EATit, MOVEit (positive mindset, healthy eating and physical activity). This strategy has helped majority of my clients to lose more than 10 pounds in their 1st week of my coaching.
